Radene
M. Cross has been a resident of Colusa County for nearly
20 years and enjoys the pristine calm and beauty Colusa
County offers via the Sutter Buttes Mountain range, the
Sacramento River and the wildlife refuges which encircle
our communities. She specializes in the sale of
investment properties as well as single family homes,
town homes, 1031 exchanges, ranchettes and land.
A
native of California, Radene resides with her husband,
Dennis, in Colusa, county seat of Colusa County. As a
real estate investor, Radene’s interest in real estate
as a career was sparked and has continued to explode.
This experience has giver her special insight into the
needs of investors as well as single family home buyers.
Radene
is a graduate of Yuba College with an emphasis in
Criminal Justice. Her professional affiliations
include; Sutter-Yuba Association of Realtors, Yolo
County Association of Realtors, Colusa Area Chamber of
Commerce, past Board of Directors, California
Association of Realtors, National Association of
Realtors, as well as serving as active President of
Alpha Kappa Chapter of Omega Nu, a non-profit
organization dedicated to assisting local high school
seniors through college scholarships.
